Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment

We are committed to your satisfaction – We understand from time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange size or refund, excluding custom printing orders. Within Australia we will also ship your size exchange request back to you, for free.

What we kindly ask of you - All items must be returned in a sellable condition, with tags attached. Always try on garments over underwear. In the interests of hygiene returns may not be accepted where it is obvious the garments have been worn.

 

Custom Printed Garments

Once a garment has been custom printed exchanges are not possible. If you have concerns in regard to the sizing of garments we recommend purchasing, trying on for size, and returning for printing. Ensuring the fit is right prior to printing. See Sizing Option, under Sizing & Exchange section on our Custom Printing page.

 

Return of Faulty Goods

Fusion Multisport is committed to providing you with quality products. In the unlikely event that you believe the goods to be faulty at any stage, please contact us at custserv@fusionmultisport.com.au and we will do what we can to assist.

 

Domestic – Free Returns

Available within Australia excluding the following:

  • Sale and Outlet items.
  • Items being returned for Custom Printing. For these items see Sizing Option, under Sizing & Exchange section on our Custom Printing page.


Fusion Multisport processes returns using Australia Post eParcel Services.

Return your items at any Australia Post Retail Outlet. Following these steps.

  1. Please send an email to custserv@fusionmultisport.com.au to notify us that an order is being returned.
  2. You will receive an email with a pre-paid eParcel despatch label. Print the label and attach the despatch label to the outside of your return package.
  3. Pack the item securely. Using the original package whenever possible, otherwise you will need to provide your own appropriate packaging.
  4. Drop off the return package at any Australia Post retail outlet. You will receive a Proof of Posting receipt bearing a unique barcode number which you can use to track the parcel.
  5. Once we receive your returned goods, we'll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. We will then inspect the returned items to ensure they are in an undamaged and unworn condition, and process your exchange or refund.

International

To return an order please follow these steps

  1. Please send an email to custserv@fusionmultisport.com.au to notify us that an order is being returned.
  2. You will receive a return approval from us.
  3. Post the item back to us within 14 days of the return approval. Send with a note of your order number to:
